They - those "other Christians" - were still tainted with Original Sin, but then God looked upon a new generation with favor and invested them with an extra helping of grace, so that they - the "True Christians" - were able to rehabilitate themselves and the religion.

I was just seeing if I could kind of make it up as I went; but the funny thing is, that's probably the actual theory of many "religious" people, in a nutshell.

Because the words upon which Christianity is based are so varied that there is always opportunity for a new inspired person to make his own version to give him a hand in the till
and those already enjoying the income dont see no need to give up when it is so lucrative with so many willing to pay for recycled dogma in order to point fingers at others to make themselves seem okay

From christians came true christians and false christians. Basically it has been around so long some adopt it as more of a title than a way of life. The same way Catholocism has evolved into two different groups. Practicing and non-practicing. In other words true catholics and other catholics. Same principle.

To each his own. We all make right and wrong choices. Those "other" so called christians make wrong choices on a regular basis as to how they live and conduct themselves.
