You will find the same type of jobs here in Las Vegas that you will find any place else in the United States. There are many industries here.
Hard to suggest anything without knowing what your training or talents are.
You can find a great selection of jobs on the Las Vegas Jobs web site http://www.lasvegasjobs.com/
They hold job fairs many times a year also.

My sister-in-law lives in Las Vegas. She works for Cybergenics. (I think that's how it is spelled.) Before that she worked for Cox Cable.
Remember, just because there are casinos there doesn't mean that they don't have everything else that every other city has. They need electricians, builders, plumbers, teachers, receptionists, etc... Whatever you want, you'll find PLUS you can work in the casino!! :)

This town has 1000s of jobs in call centers, customer support.
go to monster or career builders and punch in customer service and you will see.
pay is anywhere from $10 to $19 if you can get a sales or commission.
