Everytime I have a lot of fun, and it's over, I get depressed. It's really annoying, because my life is always full of fun events. I never have any fun. Anyone else feel the same? Can anyone help me get out of this bad habit? I really need someone to help, please, because I just came back from camping, and it was soooooo fun. But now I'm back at my boring home, and I feel really depressed=[

Please please tell me how I can feel better. Thanks!

What if you try to plan ahead and think of something fun to do after your activity so you could have something to look forward to? Like when you plan a weekend trip to the beach, plan another activity after that for the next week or so.

Try to think of the idle days as your quiet time. Personally, I also look forward to some quiet time for myself because I could sleep, read a book I've been meaning to read or watch the movies I have missed in my room.

We have to accept that life isn't always full of ups; we also need some quiet time to rest our bodies and spirits.

Good luck!

Feeling depressed is not fun.

But, is it really depressed or just sad the good time is over?

Not every moment is an exciting, exhilarating moment. Not every moment in life is even fun.

Some are just moments of experiencing.

Joy is something different. You accept every moment of life as a gift.

Besides, what is the alternative?

Appreciation and gratitude are two things to think about when the fun is over.

Be grateful that you can have fun and for everything you have.

Appreciate that you had fun.

Get on with your day-to-day life and look forward to the next event that you find fun.

Occasionally look back at the happy moments and relive them.

You will never have time for regret.

It is call bipolar moods. You're happy, you're sad. Like a rollover coaster.

This is actually normal behavior. When you are having fun, you stop looking for sadness, and when the fun is gone, you focus on sadness (bored in your case). You might have heard the term moody.

Bipolar moods can be a disease. If you are happy for days and depress for days, you may need some medical intervention. For example, when you having fun, you may not need sleep and when you bore, you may not be able to get enough sleep.

Answer: Happy and sad are two emotions usually one without the other. They are just emotions like being up and being down.

Bitter and delusional. Women were a compliment to a man to forge a strong union, a tag team of champions. See how bad imperfection reaches? As the UN-lost Genesis says the female was a companion, a Yin to the other's Yang. A help mate not slave. I'm a man and even I know that!

Ya need to learn to have Fun through the up's & downs of life.
We all have them to various degree's.

Learn to be light-hearted & laugh & joke about the experiences of life & that will keep you laughing.

My husband does it all the time, 24-7: I feel like I have a child in my home & he is always being silly & making me laugh, even when I do not feel like it, I break out with a smile on my face.

Better then breaking out with a bunch of zits: LOL.

I feel like that a lot. I do suffer from depression to begin with so often times for me it is like coming back to something worse. I don't really know what to do about it except to make your day to day life better and more exciting.

Some times, we do things to 'escape from our everyday humdrum, or stresses...we all feel like this, so you have to really tell yourself, if I am going to feel so down, when I come back, is it worth it to even go in the first place? you have to be level headed,..and be rational...and do'n't go all the time...let yourself have some fun, say, once a month, so you look forward to it the next time..good luck
