I'll give you two choices:
1. I once dislocated a hip. That didn't hurt. What hurt was when I reduced the dislocation myself.
2. I have had a root canal done without anesthesia. The infection was so painful that I was not about to wait for a shot and have it take effect. In fact, it was so painful that I did not even feel the drilling right through to the nerve.

I had to have hemmoroid surgeory and the recovery process was one month of the most unbearable, excrutiating pain, I have ever experienced every time i had to go to the bathroom

Burn. I had a third degree burn on my hand and that was VERY painful!! I still have a scar 10 years later, and it's sensitive in the sun and cold!!!

physical: episiotomy from childbirth and rebreaking my foot that had just healed
emotional: when my mom calls me stupid and when my grandparents died and I wasnt allowed to go to the funerals (I was an adult and my mother would not allow me to go - longer story than what I can post here)

muscle spasms.
of course ive never broke a bone or had any drilling done to my teeth...or really sprained anything. but damn... bad muscle spasms hurt for days!
