Hes not my boyfriend, we are more like friends with benifits and me and him have done everything except acually have sex. hes in college and im in highschool so thats whats keeping us from acually dating, so as for talking, we try and keep it on the friends level, nothing intamite. but when he comes down, we do fool around, but like a said, we dont acually do it. so why do u think hes like that?? and how can i get him to go all the way??
without force, i would never force him so thats why im asking if u thinks theres another reason he wont??

Maybe he is not want to because he is in college and you are in high school. You should be glad that he is knowing where the line is because once you cross that line there is no turning back. He obviously knows how far you & him should go. Don't push it. You'll have plenty of time later.

He probably doesn't want to have sex with you because he's afraid you may develop feelings for him. Sex is a lot different than just fooling around and he probably doesn't want a girlfriend especially since he's in college. If you really don't think you'll have feelings for him afterward, though, explain it to him and let him know you just want to be friends who have sex. Be careful though, after you guys have sex he may not want to have anything to do with you. I'm not saying it will happen, but it can.

hmmm......maybee if you make out alott and then maybe just let him take charge and see how far he goes.. normally people say oh it should bee equall and the women should be able to be half in charge but if you want the sex see how far he will go if he's in complete charge, then we will find out maybe he doesn't want to..yet
