Because its the most dangerous way to cross the road. You know the cross walk signs never say to run and in school they tell you to look both way and WALK cross the road, screw that, if you hit its your fault, and I may never walk or live again but get to sue you and its money in the bank baby

good question rgy23 it gets on my nerves every time it happens,used to think they contemplating suicide ,but now think they just want to sue if they bumpedby me when driving
