nobody has to know what your scale shows because both - scale and bmi are pretty irrelevant measurements. what really determines if you are overweight is body fat percentage which should be below 25% . e.g. people never would guess my weight correct because i have a lot of muscle -i am 6ft tall and weight 175lbs but nobody (even in hospital) believed im a pound over 150lbs.
if you want to be healthier - eat 5-6 small meals day, 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies, at least 8 glasses of water, lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats.
do cardio at least 3 times a week for average of 45min and do light weight training a few times a week.

Well... I lost 3 pounds in 3 days by eating a bowl of the healthy cerial and skipping Lunch and Dinner, but thats almost starving yourself. But if you slip in an apple or two then its all good! ^0^ I can easily eat 5-10 apples in 30 minutes-2 hours.

You are not fat! You are even less than the average weight. The average woman weighs about 140. The stupid media makes you think that you are big, but you are not. Don't listen to people if they say you are big. You are not fat. I repeat: YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT DIET!!!!!!
