A little blood on toilet paper can be very normal. Piles and hemorrhoid are something all together different. They aren't a disease. They are a condition that happens usually after trauma or repeated constipation. It's hard to have either of them and not know it. Pain, itching, and swelling are usually present, and the swelling can be felt at the outer portion of the anus. If you find hemorrhoids at an early stage, they can easily be treated with over the counter medications like Preparation H. You can also try making cold compresses by wrapping ice in a paper towel and tucking it in your crack, up against, but not in your anus. That can take the swell way down of done several times a day.

Stop going all hypochondriac.

Just tell your parents, this is just part of life.
