I was told that carrots help your breasts develop. Does that help them grow bigger or does it just make them healthy?

No, I personally havent heard anything like that and i read and update my knowledge all the time.
Vitamin A is needed for proper mucous membrane function. It is essential for the growth and repair of body tissues, and for efficient digestion of protein. White blood cells, T-lymphocytes, and every cell in the important mucosal barriers of the respiratory, digestive, and urinary tracts require vitamin A.

Carrots just provide beta-carotene, a form of vitamin A. The estrogen that your body produces when breasts are forming will help them develop, the more estrogen, the larger the breast. Nothing makes them grow bigger that is within your control. Your genetic disposition will determine that outcome.

No. Whoever told you that was either joking or just not very smart.
Your breasts will grow on their own....just like the rest of your body will when you are in PUBERTY. Girls are not done growing until they're 19-20. So calm down, relax and just wait and see. There is absolutely nothing you can do or take to make them grow faster or more than they are supposed to.

sorry, im a guy. but i think somebody has been 'pulling your leg'. carrots are good for your EYES,though. it couldnt hurt to eat them; it probably helps with total body health.
