You might be the most qualified person but if your appearence isnt good you won't get the job.
I am talking about how you present your self. Don't show up in shorts, a low cut top and flip-flops. You don't have to over dress up but you need to show that you can be presentable to others without thinking......ewwwwwwwww I hope their hair doen't become a part of my cofffee, or your dirty fingernails touch their pastry.
Dress up a bit. No clevage, no toeless shoes. My short skirts or pants. Have your hair clean and it is long pull it up and back.

Present yourself as confident (even if you arn't) Look the person in the eyes and don't fiddle nervously. Shake the persons hand. Speak clearly & honestly. Ask questions about the duties of the job. Look interested buy not anxious.

Remember the person interviewing you had to be interviewed to get the job. They are just on the otherside of the table now, so to speak.

Smile and be sincerely interested in what the person is saying.

You will do fine.......best of luck

Look professional, look them in the eye, smile a lot and try to add some humor to the interview. Make sure you emphasize that you are a TEAM PLAYER and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Starbuscks is big on team and customer service. Also, you have the luxury of knowing the company before you interview. You might want to research the company and their products/services before going there.

Relax, have fun and good luck!

A firm handshake is important. Smile when ur there. Dont look all bitter and grumpy. Wear sexy clothes, but not too revealing clothes. Confidence, is key though. Dont be figiting with yourself or stuff. Just be yourself and you'll get the job.

With todays labour shortages, a starbucks job should be a piece of cake to get. I wouldnt even be concerned at all personally.

Good Luck!!!!
