Medium sized, almost like a shih tzu, maybe a little bigger than a Shih Tzu.

for the most part you need to go back about 3 generations and do research. or get a pup between 6-8 months old and then they don't grow all that much more except to get broader ad grow on the inside.
Example I woked for a woman who bred chihuahuas and she had 5 generations back all at her house and none ever got over 6 pounds until teh bitches last litter that had a 30 pound full grown pup the sister was only 4 pounds.
This breeder only allowed a few dogs out at a time ( same sex) and someone was out side in teh fenced yourd to watch them they were only put with the chosen male.

It varies. I have seen small dogs have a good size puppy and medium dogs have a runt dog. I have one little girl that is 5lbs and her parents were 9lbs and 13lbs. I use to have one that was 10lbs that had mom and dad both under 5lbs. It just varies.

Depends on if its a male or female. For the most part they follow the jeans of the same sex.
