Yes. Bryophytes and tracheophytes are plants that do not reproduce via seeds but spores. Seed plants are also called spermatophytes which is a different supradivision than those. Examples of bryophytes and tracheophytes include mosses and some types of ferns. Also certain types of green algae are in the plant kingdom it is worth noting, though not a spermatophyte (also known as angiosperms or "flowering plants.")

Also, it should be noted that one of the answers above indicating toadstools and other fungi is incorrect. Thought fungi do not produce seeds, they are not plants. Fungi is a distinct kingdom.

ferns do not have seeds. Not sure about the many different kinds, but plants that propogate themselves through spores do not have seeds.

further, there are unicellular and several aphotosynthetic plants which do not produce seeds.
