4 or 5 eggs will give you about the same protein of one whey protein serving (one scoop), you can just crack them open into a glass and drink them right away, i do that 4 days a week, you can eat 3 eggs in the morning,2 in the afternoon, or all at once, milk also has alot of protein but alot of calories.
Some people think it's unhealthy to eat raw eggs, but i have been doing it for years with out problems.

Depending on how risky you are, I do not recommend the classic, raw eggs drink,it can possibly lead to salmonella(but is very rare).What I do recommend is, mix a plentiful amount of yogurt,your favorite fruits,milk,a dash of cinnamon(optional),and maybe a sprtiz of chocolate syrup(optional)then blender on Frappe for approximately 15 seconds.
