the only way to get rid of any specific body fat is by lowering your body fat percentage - we cant spot reduce body fat.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and that's how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First you must know if it's big because you're fat. If you don't exercise, you must begin with an easy workout.
1) Eat 6 times a day in low portions. A lot of veggies. Dinner wiuthout the carb.
2) Strength training is a most, but in the beginning you must get condiotioned for about 15 days - month, with cardio and easy exercises. Then: first muscle training, then cardio (in this order)
3) Dont forget cardio, its quite important.
4) DONT USE ANY PRODUCT SUCH AS AGEL, HERBALIFE: Change nutrition habits its quite better, and.. ItS FOR LIFE.
5) Dont do "diet" plans similar to ATKINS, HIG PROTEIN, or similar. Just.. EAT WELL 6 times a day
6) A big butt is nice if you're in good shape, Just cut the extra fat.

i had a problem like yours and i did the next:
1st:go to a gym 1 hour a day 6 days a week
2nd :start running at least 10 to 15 min a day
3rd :stop the junk food
4th :20 min of aerobics for 6 days a week
5h :cut calories and burn calories
6th no juice no fruits
apple appricot bannana are ok
keep on doing this till you hit the spot.

hmm. tough one.
you could do squats.
and then walk on your bum.
keep clenching it also.
ummm.
also eat healthily and just excersise.
