The bags under your eyes are actually fluid collecting in that spot which can make them look puffy and swollen. Anything cold which can be cucumbers, tea bags which you've put in the freezer briefly or just some ice cubes wrapped up in a cloth will work just as well.
The rule of thumb is to apply the cold compress for 5 minutes on then five minutes off. Do it fist thing in the AM and before you go to bed. You should see immediate results.
If they persist, (and you are getting enouch sleep) you might have allergies or something else going on so ask your Mom if you can see a Doctor to get their opinion.
If you happen to develop dark circles along with the puffy under eyes, then try some vitamin K cream which you can find in Wal-Mart or any bigger discount department store.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.
An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

HI, well I'm going to be quite honest with you and you may not like my answer but this is coming from a mom. you are only in the eighth grade and you are a little too young to be looking for under eye bags I think if you get plenty of sleep and eat your vegetables and even go out and buy you some vitamins like centrium or one a day women's that may help also eat healthy meals no junk food trust me it will make you look and feel better when you become a young women trust me take it from a 30 year old I love the fact that I ate my veges and took my vitamins every day. and then while you are doing this ill give you a little beauty tip: after you make tea with the tea bags use the old wet tea bag and set them on your eyes until they dry out this can help reduce puffiness but you do this while you are eating your veges and taking your daily vitamins OK lol good luck and stop trying to mess up your already beautiful body

I teach the 8th grade! Good luck with your classes!
What I do is apply a spoon that I have stuck in the fridge on both my eyes! Sounds weird, but it works.
My bags must be much worse because I am older, so this trick will work very easily for you:
get a small amount of concealer that is one shade lighter than your skin. Apply around your eye area.
Make sure you get 8-10 hours of sleep and drink lots of H2O=water.
Have a great school year!

To get rid of eye bags you can try this tip. Almond oil is another natural ingredient which is very beneficial for the delicate skin around your eyes. All you need to do is to apply a little almond oil over the dark circles before going to bed and wash it off with cold water the next morning. Repeating this for at least a month will make your dark circles disappear almost entirely.

If you're taking harder classes later on in high school you better get used to those bags in your eyes, but for me I just get enough sleep, about 9-10 hours during the summer, and you should feel well rested enough so that you don't have bags under your eyes during the school year!

After reading countless articles from make-up artists answering the same question, I finally followed their advice and bought...Preparation H (it's for hemorrhoids). The only problem is that it is humiliating to buy it. If you're that young, make your mom or dad get it for you and watch them slouch and try to hide at the checkout counter! And I promise, it really works. If it's good enough for models, it's good enough for me.
Cucumbers work too, but the results don't last nearly as long. But they do smell much nicer and are really relaxing.
