Space and time not only can co-exist, they MUST co-exist. They are mutually dependent. Neither exists without the other.
We live and move in three dimensions of space and one of time. Einstein's Special Relativity shows us that time and space have a relationship such that as you move faster through space you also go slower through time, and the opposite is true as well. Hence, the term space-time is used by physicists.

This universe is a temporary placeholder for people until it is destroyed and everyone will exist in eternal realms (either heaven or hell). If this is your definition of "illusion" then yes.
There's a game called "Star Ocean: Till the End of Time".
*WARNING: MAJOR GAME SPOILERS AHEAD*
You play as this one dude who is trying to figure out why an alien race is attempting to destroy humanity. In this search you find out that there is actually a whole other realm called "4-d space". This 4-d space is actually real life, and your party discovers that the universe that they knew and loved was actually a game world designed by the 4-d characters! The creator was a man named "Luther", leader of the Sphere Corporation.
I think this is what you are trying to say that this universe is similar to the above. Heaven and hell would be the "4-d space" (only there is no way to enter it from this dimension. Not without your life ending, or some other unnatural process such as near death experiences etc)
And there is indeed a creator of this world, God, and he does watch over us and intervene sometimes. He created us in order for Him to demonstrate his great love for us - because He knew all along that people would sin against him before man was even created, and He also had his plan for salvation created far in advance as well.
Finally to answer your question about space and time... Time really is relevant, it's not even the same everywhere. Atomic clocks have proven that one at sea level versus one on top of a high mountain actually alter in time by a few milliseconds per year. Space has an effect on time... so really, time in this universe is relative. It's merely a measure of how fast certain processes occur.
Since it might have been fairly hard for people in earlier times to mark time, this is (one of the reasons) why God created all the stars, planets, moons, etc., in order to assist humans in that manner.

everything we can percieve is just the tip of what exists....there are other dimensions, other energies and foces which we can neither measure nor comprehend.
A human being is just a collection of molecules. We see what we see because thats all we can see.
In physics, spacetime is any mathematical model that combines space and time into a single construct called the space-time continuum. Spacetime is usually interpreted with space being three-dimensional and time playing the role of the fourth dimension. According to Euclidean space perception, the universe has three dimensions of space, and one dimension of time.
Speculative theories such as string theory predict 10 or 26 dimensions that we cant even see.

space and time are actually the same non-existant entity,
we use separate terms so we have something to apply
our measurement equipment and terms to. A human being
is just a figment of the illusionary brain of a non-existant
entity.

Yep. Our human bodies are a shell created by the co-operation of our spirituality and anerobic bacteria. Keyed and sequenced together by the DNA program. We are part of the human experiment to learn by experiencing emotions.

Space and time co-exsist because they are not the same thing. the nature of the human being is to survive and exist.

How do space and time co-exist? They have to. You can't have space with no time, and you can't have time with no space.
s everything we "know", simply...an illusion? No.

How do we know were not dead and this is the afterlife? How do we know someone just thought us all up three seconds ago? How do we know Micheal Jackson is still organic material? Ow, my brain hurts

Riiiight. Advanced aliens created very complex systems to fool us into believing we're living a 'normal' life, because... well, why exactly?

They just do.
Why do we exist at all?
It's not really a grasp-able concept.
