What do you do when you find a sharp piece of plastic in the last bite of a TV dinner?

my grandfather and I decided to try one of the new Healthy Choice TV Dinners and as I was taking the last bite, found a sharp piece of plastic in my mouth.

write a letter, take a picture, and send it to the company. or.......... be glad you didn't eat it and throw the rest away. crap happens.

Any problem like that you could notify the company and
they will probably send you coupons for a free dinner or some such

I found rat hair in one of those crock pot vegetable packages and did not bother to report it but I will never buy it again~because I found it before I ate it (threw the whole thing away) I didn't get sick
I can't see trying to sue them because it would take years and much stress to do that~

What do you do? Spit it out. You suffered no harm. Stop being a wuss. And the fact it was the LAST bite, plus you can't prove it was there before you bought it. So stop having the litigation mindset and get a job

if you weren't hurt, then just spit it out and throw it away...if your really mad about it you can write a letter to healthy choice...but theyll probably just write you back saying sorry and give you a few coupons. i know for me it wouldn't be worth it to do that. you don't have a case that you would win in court unless you had to get stitches or something from getting cut by it. if were you, i'd just forget about it and move on.

I'd go "son of a bi*ch!" and spit it out and forget about it. WTF, you thinking of getting filthy rich by suing the Healthy Choice folks? Fergeddaboutdit. Too many people have been caught making that kind of stuff up and now they wind up getting fined and jailed. You can fool a jury about this stuff once, but once word gets out and all the copycats turn up, it ain't gonna fool anyone a second time.
