No, but a 14 year old male can become a father and then you will have much more to worry about. I would cool it for now unless you want a baby.

If you're asking my opinion, being 14 year old means being a child, what they both did is wrong and it's wrong for them to do so at such a young age. We have to blame them but mainly we should put the blame on their parents, at 14 you're NOT legally responsible for your actions!!!!

If you're the 14 year old girl, then you had BETTER control this young man and make sure he uses condoms. If he doesn't he's a REAL JERK!
You're both too young for sex, but if you've already done it, then make SURE you cannot get pregnant.

They might just get to raise a child or their parents might take their baby to raise.
The 14 year olds would have to both be pretty stupid to take that kind of risk. They might be grand parents before 30.

I am not sure but that is awful young to be messing around. I would like you have been advised cool it unitl you are older unless you are on the pill and are using protection.

How about blaming your daughter as well rather than focus on sending this child to jail. Unless it was rape, then both kids need help before they become parents or very sick with a deadly disease

No but it's illegal for two 14 year olds to have sex. They can't consent to sex in the USA.
