Well every human being has 6 pack abs it's just there is fat covering them up. It's actually a little harder than you'd think. And even though your stomach is flat you still have a small layer of fat over them that's covering them up or they just aren't very defined. Keep working on your abs (look up different ab workouts and keep mixing it up) And you'll have to do some cardio and eat a balanced diet to get the 6 pack to show in most cases. It's a little tougher for some woman to lose weight compared to guys. Good Luck though!

There's a book out called The Abs Diet. According to the author abs are made in the kitchen, not inthe gym. The guy spoke on 20/20 a few weeks back. Here's the link.

I just started on his diet and I believe he's right.
eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day that is low in bad fat. high in protein, good carbs, good fat, fruits and vegetables

3 things, in this order. Diet, Workout, Supplements.

you need to have good balanced diet. burning more calories then you're taking in. with out a good diet the rest wont work. try to eat a 40% protein 40%carbs 20%fat diet. for carbs avoid high glycemic index foods and for fats avoid trans fats and sat fats.

you need a good workout routine, not just running. running will make you lose fat but will make you look soft. you need a good weight lifting regimine to maintain a solid toned look and supplement that with some sort of cardio. but a good body comes from weights not cardio.

supplements a thermogenic like lipo6 will help boost metabolism and energy. i also have had good luck with topical solution lipoderm by avant labs

The easy way, is to get it done by a plastic surgeon, yes, they do that and a lipo as well.

A six pack looks ok on a guy, on women it seems unfemenine and I guess cheerleaders are supposed to look sexy, not masculine.

Six packs on females turn me off. Unless it is a six pack of beer on her belly.

Run for as long as you can when you wake up or 30 minutes. Either that or or jump rope for 30 minutes right when you wake up, doing this directly burns fat. Eat healthy, drink alot of water and do alot of ab exersizes.

Crunches. Try doing them from an inclined position while holding light weights. That should help!

Cardio -- running, walking, swimming, etc. You have to lose the fat before you see any muscles.

Stop asking the same question over and over again.
