You really have to be so narrow-minded that your ears touch, to overlook the overwhelming holes in your bible, and the flood of real (KNOWLEDGE) thats there in your (PUBLIC) library, because burning books just isnt an option anymore. Do you really think that the scientific work done by great people is the work of SATAN. Religions are the biggest money making schemes of all times, and I am reminded of the saying that a sucker is born every second. Now just think about the sheep that sent money to the Christian Jim's, Jim Jones, Jim Baker, Jimmy Swaggert. The world is flat, the sun revolves around the earth. Folks I've witnessed christians get their arses handed to them because they have (NO) intellectual property, this is turning into a tragic comedy.

There are plenty of intellectual people who are Christian, including people with Ph.D's. And you really don't need a Ph.D to be "intellectual", I believe anyone who asks questions and really seeks honest answers can be considered one. The Bible itself says that the earth is round, (true) Christianity [that is, people who adhere to the Word of God 100% fully and don't modify it] never promoted that the earth was flat despite popular opinion.. I find it rather amusing how people ignore this every time. But continue believing it if you want. Because no matter what proof I would attempt to show you, nothing will remove the veil from your eyes other than the Holy Spirit working. In the end He is the one who helps people see.

The bible also tells us to seek wisdom. We do.
However your great scientists are, after all human. Humans make mistakes. Let me remind you it is the ART of science and also let`s remember that the world is flat, leeches and bloodletting cure everything, and on and on..
Remember that God gave man brains to learn. No one thinks scientists are the work of Satan. He doesn`t have that kind of power..
Do a little more research and come back..

Ignorance is Bliss.
God gives the world science and humanity's interpretation of that knowledge. And sometimes too much knowledge leads to more questions and doubts. We are expected to gain knowledge and truth and as long as humans are alive they will keep seeking................ and sometimes cause them selves more grief. Sometimes we just need to have the faith of children and quit trying so hard to find the answers that have been in front of us all along. The truth is most of us don't use the brains we were born with to it's 100% capacity.

Your intellectual mumbo jumbo is no better than anyone else's mumbo jumbo. Christians, followers of Jesus Christ ,believe the Bible is the Word of God. He doesn't have anything to prove to me. "I only know that now I can see.." Of course money-making schemes is an altogether different issue but to me secularism is the biggest scheme of them all. Money making or otherwise.

I've heard you people argue a dozen times. I'm tired of you just assuming this is a ridiculous belief. In morals, the one place you call it sensible, it is ridiculous, but that's what's beautiful about it. In terms of science, read "The Case for Christ." It proves the gospel to be reliable.
