There is no Church law against getting married on a Sunday.
Local customs or even local parish schedules may make it a bit difficult.
Pray and do not give up.
With love in Christ.

I have never heard of a Catholic wedding on a Sunday, just as there are no Catholic funerals on Sunday. Sunday is the day reserved for God alone and focus should be on Him.
Depending on how strict your church and pastor are, you can ask them, but I believe the answer will most likely be no. Sorry.

You might but you will have to have a mass and it will be more difficult to schedule because of the things going on at the church on a Sunday.

Ask the head of the church. You cannot get married in the morning, I can assure you that. But after noon,I believe it is fine. It is also cheaper to have your wedding on a Sunday.

I would say no only because they have a mass schedule they must abide by. They might be willing to squeeze it in between other masses, but you would have to ask the priest if he would be willing to do that. Also, like someone else mentioned, they might be willing to incorporate it into their Sunday evening mass but that would still depend on the priest. Good luck

Ask the particular parish you're wanting to get married in. They'll tell you if they have Sunday evening mass.

It depends on the individual parish, and the church's Mass schedule.
Call the parish priest and ask.

I read in one of the magaizines I have that it's actually cheaper to have a wedding...not neccesarily a catholic one... on a sunday. Check with your preist and see if it can be done. you may save money.

They used to always have weddings on Sundays. It satisfied your weekly obligation of going to Mass.
You would have to ask your particular priest.

My parents did, but that was 1945!
You just need to contact your parish priest and ask.
