Atheists have the right to freedom of speech just like you do and therefore, they have the right to post commentary in the religion and spirituality category. I am wondering about the last statement which read that the atheists had better be limited to the science and mathematics category. Why? Christians and many other members of religious groups also study science and math and probably have some insights to share.

Because satan cannot stand that people believe in God. And you can bet that most of these atheist want to believe in something because this is human nature. If they keep going back to this site then it is a good thing for them because they are not lost for good so be happy that they still will even look upon or be in the same spot with God's word. satan has lost again because even the people that he has influence over wants to be close to God. Even satan was in heaven with God. He was tossed out of heaven and now he does just what all the atheist say they are here for. He tauts and bothers Christians and so does his followers. Jesus was even killed for this same reason. It's better to lose your life then your soul though. So don't worry if just one atheist can be changed by being on this board then I say it was all worth it! God Bless You!

They are really searching for Somebody to truly believe, not believe IN.
In this category , they might find something that encourages them to seek for the real TRUTH, so all of us , on here, have a great responsibility, because you & I may be the closest thing to Christianity they have ever been in contact with.

I'm sure you realize how many times this question gets asked ~daily~. Unless you really enjoy putting another pin in the cushion, why don't you peruse the resolved questions category as you will find many of the answers there.

Edit: Charc I don't doubt, I look at all religion as myths and fables and since this isn't in that category I come here.

While I do enjoy science, I am only a "lay" person and need things explained to me in simple terms. I am rotten at math and not interested in getting any better at it, I know enough to get by. I'm here to answer questions, and once in a while ask a question. In case you hadn't noticed, this is Yahoo! Answers.

And here we have a classic religious dud using a question to tell us where people should go or be. I'll bet you have political ambitions to. Its called free speech and free will. It kills me half of them want to convert someone the other half want to toss your *** out the door. So much for turning the other cheek and Christan love.

Why do you think all atheists would be at home in the science and mathematics forums? Atheists can be just as ridiculously illogical as anyone else.

Hmm. Well, I was going to compose a very detailed
answer to your question--until, that is, I noticed that
you don't allow Instant Messaging or emails.
Interesting, isn't it? Christians can be very "narrow-
mided"; even "close-minded."
To coin a phrase: "The pot is calling the kettle black."

Have a nice day.

Did you actually just say atheists should go to where the smart people go? Thanks...I guess.. But unfortunately for you, you don't have to BE religious, to answer questions about it.
