drink a big glass of water or two and just sit around for a bit. most cravings should dissipate. Then eat a vegitable slowly with little bites. Also figure a huge *** bowl of white rice is only 200 calories, and that will fill almost anyone up! Your brain should register "full" in no time!

lots of water gets you full. Pickles only have around 15 calories each, carrots around 30. 1/4 cup of popcorn seeds (which is a whole low once popped) is only 110 calories, send it through an airpopper, add some no cal spray to it and that fills me up everytime.

I have used Popcorn for this. It is about 500 calories for a hugh bowl of microwave popcorn - use low sodium if desired. The bag, normally, will tell you that it is approximately 3 servings per pacquet. Do the math.

Well water is good!!!!!!!!!! Eat some carrots and cucumber like a mini salad and then treat yourself to something sweet. It won't be low cal but it will make you feel alot better!!!!!!
Or drink some diet coke or coke zero !!!!!!! NO CALORIES!!!!!!!!!

I like carrots. the small ones that are already peeled. They have no fat, taste pretty good because they are slightly sweet, contain lots of fiber and quite a bit of beta carotene, a vitamin a precursor

I like popcorn. Not real low cal, but filling.
Low cal cereal. King vitamin is good.
Cherrios and flavored applesauce.
Grapefruit - if you like sweet and sour. (my daughter likes warheads)
