I think that when people are taking on their cell, they are not paying enough attention to driving and it is the cause of many accidents. It is illegal to do so b/c so many people have been hurt or killed by reckless drivers talking on their phone. If you HAVE to talk, get an earpiece or bluetooth.
I bet your under 18 to ask such a silly question

Yes
Most drivers have little enough attention focused on driving as it is. Using a cell phone at the same time takes away even more. Plus, even those drivers who mostly use 1 hand to drive (myself included) will automatically use both hands in an emergency, having a cell phone in one hand slows that response massively (especially as most people won't just drop the phone in mid conversation, they'll say "hang on a minute" then put the phone down, by which time the crash has already happened)

Only if they are driving like crap, then yes, it concerns me.
I see people on cell phones all the time, many of them are driving just fine. It's when they are weaving in and out of their lane, not signaling, or otherwise being a doofus that I get upset. They give people who can talk and drive responsibly a bad name.

I certainly am ! In the U.K. it`s illegal, so it tells me that the driver has no respect for the law, and is driving without giving his attention to what is going on around him. I view people using their mobile whilst driving as an accident waiting to happen, and I keep well out of their way.
