I 'm wondering about the definition of 'amnesty.'
1. an organization who supports anti death penalty, anti violence...
2. let the prisoners find freedom from the goverment.

as I know, amnesty means the two meanings which has been stated above.

Then, what 'no amnesty' means?
(I saw many videos on youtube, but somewhat confused-though understood their concerns and I agree with)

is it an action which want to stop amnesty organization?

It allows people from other countries the changes to start a new life in the good old USA. Doesn't matter what they've done or will do again, they are given amnesty to live in the USA. Why do you think in certain states they are having problems housing people that have command a crime,. Crime wasn't that bad until the gates were open to allow anyone into the states without any background checks. Yes, everyone should be given another change to correct what they did, but I should also have the right when it is known the state or government made a mistake, a person or persons is endangering anyone's life, actions can be taken without recourse from the law. Let's just say a Pit Bull that can"t be trusted shouldn't be allowed to run free.

Amnesty means to forgive the person for breaking laws and making it as though the illegal activity never happened. I look at it as rewarding criminal behavior. I am totally against amnesty.

in essence , it's a "get out of jail free" -- meaning that
somebody would be released "from captivity" or if
a law is broken, legal action wouldn't be pursued.
(ie., amnesty for our young Canadian fleeing citizens
from Viet Nam era provided by the president Jimmy Carter)
