I am overjoyed you share the hope you found in Yeshua with others. During his ministry Jesus did not seek anyone's approval, but came to do the will of his Father. I pray you too will not be bothered about what other men may think, but boldly proclaim what God has done in your life and will be a faithful witness to the truth revealed to you. As a result may you shine and reflect his glory and may your faith blossom. You are a blessing to all brothers and sisters in the faith.

Sorry, its a matter of definition.
Let me give you an analogy. Suppose someone comes along and calls themselves a Christian. Yet, at the same time, they deny the divinity of Jesus and the concept of the Trinity but they do believe he is the messiah.
Can that person rightfully call themselves a Christian? The answer is NO. Why? Because since Christianity is DEFINED as having that fundamental belief and that person denied that fundamental, they have placed themselves outside that sphere of what a Christian is. And here is the thing: It would even matter if they were RIGHT... since that is how Christianity is defined and they do not match that criteria, they are not Christian.
Same here. Judaism is defined as having fundamental beliefs. Such beliefs exclude the belief in a dead person being the messiah, exclude the concept of the trinity, and exclude the divinity of any man or thing other than G-d Himself. Ah, you disagree with such ideas? But that doesn't matter. You have placed yourself outside the sphere of what it means to be Jewish. And even if you are right (which you are not) then that STILL doesn't give you the right to call it Jewish.
You should be more honest with yourself. Since what you believe is Christian in origin, call yourself a Christian. What you believe is a different religion.
And for the record, I think it is arrogant of you to presume to know more about Judaism than the wisdom of 1000s of years.
And another thing... I double checked your previous question and all of the answers. I NEVER saw anyone saying you were a "BAD Jew". Why do you think this if it never happened?

For some reason Messianic Jews do not wish to be labeled Christian and from what Christianity stands for as a whole I cannot blame them. But, if you believe in Christ then you are a Christian, but more than this you are as Galatians 3:28 say it "There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." Sadly we should be united and yet we are fragmented and not much better off than the warring factions of old. Oh and you are not one Jewish girl that is right no more than Elijah was the only prophet left during the reign of Ahab and Jezebel. You are one who is bold enough to proclaim it though and good for you.
Also your hundreds of years one nation taught it was the super race is a fallacy. That bit of propaganda has been around forever and even the Jews taught it about the Gentiles and the Samaritans. Whites are merely the most recent to believe as such. One day it will be some one else (I fancy the Blacks myself, but Chinese could easily be argued. So careful on your high horse.

I'm not sure what your point is. Can people be intolerant and judgmental? Absolutely.
Are you a "Jew"? Yes, you were born Jewish. Do you practice the Jewish faith? No, you aren't. You're a Christian. It's curious, I suppose being one of the oldest religions, to be Jewish and a practicing Jew, tends to be assumed the same thing. But obviously, it isn't. Maybe it's because you don't really get conversion to Judaism (ask Sammy Davis Jr.!).
But if you clarify that you're a Jew who practices Christianity, maybe that would help.
But the fact is, one of the main premises for the Jewish faith is that the messiah will come some day. Not he has come, will come (which I'm sure you know). So...there you go.

You are a Jew by birth who recognizes your Messiah. That is a great miracle. Salvation was sent to the Jews first and then to the Gentiles. All who accept Yeshua are saved, Jew and Gentile alike. It is only natural that followers of Jesus are going to be hated and persecuted by those who do not see the truth. I hope you are able to worship with other messianic Jews. Just remember that Satan seeks to always discourage God's children through faith in Jesus (Yeshua). Endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. May the Lord grant you the spirit of revelation and wisdom in the knowledge of God. But I ask you, how does believing in the Messiah make you not a Jew? You are more Jew than those who reject their Messiah. Don't listen to anyone who says you are not a Jew. You are.

if you do not believe what they teach then they are right,You are not a Jew anymore..You are a christian...Free thought does not make you a bad person.
If any christian answers this and acts like the jews in question here are horrible for saying you are not jewish, Then they need look at themselves and ask why they preach their gospel to everyone and argue over petty differences in religious beliefs.
Little lamb said : "Don't pay attention to cruel people. "
Little lamb, what makes them cruel? They are bit overboard for calling her a bad person but they are on the money when they say she is no longer a jew as far as the faith part of it goes. If I let my family because of differences in oppinion and went as far as to move away and change my name then i am no longer a part of that family. This is the same principal here.
You are a true example of how some christians resort to stone throwing and name calling when people have a difference in the way they think.

Religion is probably the most complicated subjects ever invented. And that is what it is; invented. By humans who are weak, imperfect and at times very stupid. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about the ferocity of religious faiths and the often devout beliefs that people have. The answer is to be true to what you believe and ignore what everyone else says. Who knows, you might be the next great pioneer of your faith. Or not. Religion has changed so much over the years that who knows what people may believe in 100 years time.
Thomas Jefferson once said: "Say nothing of my religion. It is known to God and myself alone. Its evidence before the world is to be sought in my life: if it has been honest and dutiful to society the religion which has regulated it cannot be a bad one."

The first hundreds of thousands of Christian believers were Jews. Paul was taught under one of the top rabbis (Gamaliel). The apostles were Jews, and Jesus was a Jew. So if you say you are a Jew who believes in Jesus, I think you are in pretty good company. Have a great day!

Religion is completely based on faith. I believe that Allah, God, Buddha, Krishna, etc. are one and the same or separate but working together for the greater good (it says that god said "us" some think its the trinity I think its all the gods). All religions are based on the same general idea but slightly different and this difference is what causes people to judge others (which as a believer you aren't supposed to do, it is gods job to judge us on judgment day, it is our jobs to teach and lead not judge). Also it says that "what you hold true on earth I will hold true in heaven" this statement can be interrupted in many different ways but my interpretation on it is that as long as you believe then it wont matter how you believe, all religions think that they are right and others are wrong so as long as you have that faith and believe then God will hold your beliefs true in heaven. Don't let others get you down or worry you, for them judging you isn't proving them better then you but just the opposite, they should be teaching, guiding and accepting you. NOT calling you a bad Jew. Just keep your faith and your personal relationship with God and you should be fine. But remember no one knows the true answers not even me so take what I said with a grain of salt and come to your own conclusions. I hope I helped. God bless.

Well your situation is controversial because the existence of the Jews depends on loyalty and also separating themselves from the dominant culture in order to show they are separate and God has special plans for them. So many Jews would see you as a traitor. Also, some Jews believe it is blasphemous to think that God would become flesh-an abhorrent idea. So to answer your question, that is why people probably react more strongly to you than other Christians.

If you believe in what Jesus taught, you could still technically be Jewish...if you believe that Jesus is the son of God, you are no longer a Jew, you are a Christian.
I hope you are smart enough to know what's real.
