Well, I have to assume a few things first. I'll go with brand new equipment here, and I'll figure you have access to internet ordering (or your parents do).
Here's my suggestions and why;
Driver - Adams RPM 460 or RPM Ti (titanium) - $100
Big sweet spot, good name brand, good stock shafts, tgw.com or Golfsmith.com
Fairway wood - Taylor Made V Steel - $100
Hot face, great reputation, solid club, if you get a hybrid/iron set you shouldn't need more than one #3 or #4 fairway, golfsmith
Irons - Wilson Di5 (distance iron) 3&4 hybrid, 5-pw iron - $200
This set has 2 hybrids, great for the money, plus the irons are definitely longer than normal, golfsmith
Wedge - Tour Edge Bazooka JMax 304 (soft) stainless - $40
Not a big name, but very well put together and affordable (I speak from experience) great feel, get the HB (high bounce) model, get a 54 or 56 degree and learn on that one before you add a lob wedge, golfsmith
Putter - Odyssey White Hot Blade or 2-Ball - $80 or $100
The best in the business, great quality, take a good look as they have several different styles, golfsmith
That makes $540, give or take, I hope this helps. Have fun with your new clubs, which ever you get.

Heres is what I would do if I were you. btw im 15 myself.
Since a nice set of irons is about $600 by themselves I would replace the clubs you have besides irons. Talk with your parents and see if they will contribute to you endavor.
Here is what I would get
Driver
Hybrid
Putter
Those clubs there should run you about $600, if you want preowned to save a little then you can save some money there.
Don't be afraid to spend money or get nice clubs. If you get nice clubs, then you know that they will last, and if it is a reputable company then you know that you have customer service to turn to if something goes wrong.
If you want to save even more money on clubs then buy last years models. They are like 50% off of what they were selling for last year. Also, since the end of the golf season is nearing then I suggest that you buy your clubs in the winter. Everything is on sale at the end of the season, right?
Good Luck and congrats on the job.

for 600 you can get nice clubs. I got a new Nike Pro Combo forged iron for 300, a pre-owned Nike SasQuatch 460 NexTi (almost new) for 100, a nice hybrid cost around 100, and a nice putter for about 100. that's 600. And you're setup for the next 2-3 years.
Places to look at: www.tgw.com, or www.golfsmith.com, they have pre-owned, and clearance items (new). for the best pre-owned deals, wait until they have an event, like labour day sale which gives discount 15% off anything above 75 dollars, and then go to the stores as it has many pre-owned clubs that are not advertised, you can see the conditions, hit it in their shop and then decide.
i would advise not getting anything too fancy as when you get better, you would want to get better equipment, different shaft flex (stiffer metal shaft), or blades for your irons, instead of cavity back.

Your young, but are at a time that for the most part have quit growing that will affect your club choice. If your a low handicapper go with Wilson Staff Blades or Titlest, if your a high handicaper stick with Calaway. Buy a used set they are alot cheaper

Try a set of ADAMS GT 3 irons
a ADAMS RPM LP Fairway Wood and a ADAMS Insight BUL Driver with Graphite Shaft
This should give you top of the line clubs and keep you within your budget
