hi, i just want to make extra sure that i've got the correct translation

i will be having the charactors wrote verticlly and they should say

love
eldest son
pig (as he was born in the year of the pig)

any help or advise would be much appreciated, links below are to each seperate charactor

All of them are correct, but those on the About.com website are Simplified Chinese characters, and those on the chinese symbols vocabulary collection are Traditional Chinese characters. In Simplified Chinese the character 長 is written as 长. In Traditional Chinese characters love is written as 愛 (notice that in the middle it is a 心 and a 夊, not a 友 as in Simplified Chinese characters), and pig is written as 豬 (the left part of the character is 豕, not 犭as in Simplified Chinese characters).
