Okay....I lost my front tooth which is not very astetically pleasing. It is a sunday and a long weekend so I wont be able to get into the dentists office until tuesday. Is there a way I can temporarily put my tooth back in safely until tuesday? Also, there is a small part of the tooth still in my gums.

I guess I should add some details. A few years ago I had an impacted tooth removed that was in the gum right above my front tooth. When they removed it they accidentally cut a nerve and killed the front tooth. We did a few procedures to mend the darkness of the tooth after it died. But evidently the tooth was under too much pressure and it feel out while I was eating.

Well Dante are you for real?????????

My mother is a dentist and she hasn't heard something similar. No you can not do that. Just hang on home until....
You'll be nice again and if the dentist is good enough your tooth will be just as perfect as your previous one....

Don't know how you lost it, but had you kept it moist and gone immediately to the ER or a 24hr dentist it might have been able to be put back. But by the time you got to writing this question and the 10-15 that has past since then you are probably not on solid ground here. But, wrap it up and go now, maybe it isn't to late

OUCH !u problably wont be able to pput that tooth back on but you could leave it in a glass of milk. you could seriously also just hold it in place. and soak the tooth in your gums wity milk too.

DANTE, I LOVED YOUR BOOK, "THE DIVINE COMEDY,"LOL,
THERE IS NOT THAT LONG OF A WAIT 'TILL TUESDAY.
ANYTHING YOU MAY TRY TO DO WON'T LOOK AS GOOD AS THE DENTIT'S WORK.
JUST TELL ANYONE WHO ASKS, YOU'RE GOING TO THE DENTIST TO HAVE THIS TAKEN CARE OF.

Why don't you go to an emergency room, or a walk-in medical place. They should be able to do something for you.
