A very seedy person that has dual citizenship says they were awarded an emergency passport and back in their native country. How can you find that out? He would hide mostly the last 15 years and not really work so no activity on his SSN to speak of. Became a USA citizen about 14 years ago. This person has been known to stalk women for money on the internet. Thank Gawd it was never me but know of several. Am trying to find out for a friend so she has piece of mind that he doesn't show up on her doorstep again. He always uses his real name too--stupid guy lol.

Here is a tidbit more after reading some answers. The British Consulants want $2.45 a minute and it goes through an answering company even tho it is USA based.

You might want to go from a different angle, that stalking is a problem, and tell ICE he claims citizenship. False claims of citizenship are a felony. ICE is supposed to look into that sort of thing, but no promises there, unfortunately.

Check with the Embassy/consulate closest to you for the country in question. They will be able to direct you as to the process needed.
