Okay, when was it okay in your relationship to pass gas around your partner without him/her say "Oh God, You're gross!" and just saying "it's human nature." With a polite "excuse me" from you of course!
How many months/ years into your relationship? Is it EVER okay with you?

Ladies, you gotta love his funk too if you're gonna be with him and you gotta let your guard down too sometimes....Cant ALWAYS be so dainty. We ALL do it!

No! He NEVER gets mad about it! We're over that stage and we do it all the time, just say excuse me. We do laugh at it too...sometimes depending. This is just a general question. And it's always just the two of us! Never anyone else around!

Funny story! We were spending the night together and I came and got in the bed with him and I sleep w/ me head under the covers and so I settled in and toss the covers over my head only to smell the worst most rotten smell ever! (his fart) It was gross but so funny. We laughed about it and still do to this day.
Some of you out there who have a problem w/ fart need to take notes of those who've been together for YRS! That may be the secret to long jepordy! lol

Nasty. I would excuse myself and go to the bathroom or something, rather than make anyone else deal with that.

I was into my realtionship about a year when we went on a LONG road trip, during the winter to visit his family. Needless to say, we both got to know each other's well, not-so-sexy habits quite quickly. I of, course, apologized profusely, but he just laughed and said, "better now than on our honeymoon!". We've been together four years, and we still try to use our manners *all but when he has friends over-i don't even want to know sometimes*, but things happen! He says i do it when i sleep, and sometimes in the car, he gets this mischevious grin on his face.....ugh. Like he said, even supermodels stink sometimes!

Once you're totally comfortable in a relationship is when you just don't care anymore. It all depends on when in the relationship you feel comfortable. For me, a few months into relationship.

After about a year of going out...you kinda don't have anything to hide after that long.
Farting is entertaining now, especially when you run out of things to talk about...it really spices up your marriage! lol

if you have to pass gas, you should pass gas! there is nothing wrong with it at all. If you really need to ask ur significant other to step out of the car or the area and just let one go if they really think its that terrible and let it air out for awhile.

I was best friends with my boyfriend 4 months before we started dating... he was passing gas all the time when we were just friends, so it is no big deal between us now... even I do it, and we are totally okay with it. We always excuse ourselves though. :)

well i am so comfortable around my boyfriend its not even funny...we are both not easily embarrassed..because we were friends before..now im not saying i go around doing it intentionally..because that is just gross..but if it just happens..we would probably both just laugh..i think it did happen once..but yeah like i said..i usually don't do it around him though..but it shouldn't be a big deal if it slips.ha..oh and i think it was like 3 months into it..

did ur partner get mad at you because u passed gas? thats stupid, there's nothing wrong with passing gas around ur partner if they're gonna be like that then they're not worth your time. If it's around his friends then that's a different story, but if it's only u two alone it should be fine.
