Is there any way to have ones eye color change without the use of contact lenses?

Non surgical means....not that I know of. Surgically you can though. Check out this website www.newcoloriris.com

If you want them to go brown some of the eye-drop medicines have that as a side effect.

It increases the melanin in the colored area. Those with blue or green eyes are most susceptible.

If you get jaundice the white of the eye will turn yellow.
