I observed the e-book to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i am simply involved that i'm shedding an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I'll admit i have not adopted the advisor exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (however more commonly) and doing little or no activity, but the weight maintains flying off. It naturally works and if i might followed it exactly I suppose it might scare the living daylights out of me due to the fact of the amount that i might lose. So thanks once more for the understanding. I've by no means bought some thing like this before due to the fact that they're more often than not stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a pleasant shock. Get began in these days!

How fast? Let's be realistic...you can't lose 5 pounds in a day. You need at lease 6 days of cardio to get your heart rate up and increase your metabolic rate. Eating healthy, but not starving yourself. A nice salad with low cal-low fat dressings, fruits, veggies, and water. Before exercising, you can drink anything with sugar that is water based. Skip the milkshakes, and yogurt. Oh, and South Beach Diet provides a variety of good snack bars. They're not meant to replace a meal, but they're good when you want to snack without the guilt.

Personally, I don't think you're overweight or anything, but if you want to lose weight, it's all about what you eat. I'm not talking about quantity either. I'm talking about eating healthy. Start eating a good breakfast, like maybe a healthy cereal with fruit or something like that. Eat a good healthy lunch and dinner with a snack in between. Healthy food makes all the difference. Add a little excercise several times a week and you should be good :)

if you lose 5 pounds fast you'll gain it back but you can lose it in a week by eating about 500 calories a day with limited exercise. Drink about 60 counces of water.

Don't we all.
Best way - develop an "eat healthy" habit, reduce portions, and exercise.
If you try for a quick fix, a drastic reduction or omission of something, you will not stick to it. Things you can live without - not nice - doughnuts, pies, ice cream, chocolate, gravy, butter -- things you must have -- protein, vitamins, water...
Breakfast: Try something like 4 ounces of apple juice, a cup of "Total" (whole wheat), with skim milk (no added sugar), and a cup of skim milk.
Lunch: Whole grain bread, Smucker's all natural (1/3 reduced fat) peanut butter, with a tablespoon of Smucker's low-sugar jelly (not no sugar).
Dinner: Keep potatoes to 1/2 cup, no gravy, a "hint" of margarine, cut all fat off meat, veggies with olive oil instead of butter, etc.
Evening snack: fresh fruit - whatever is in season - no added sugar.
I've been following this just to maintain my weight. There's nothing so hard as trying to keep extra weight off. The older you get, the harder it gets. Trust me on this.
