Without a lot of electronics knowledge and how to fool the PCM into thinking the anti-theft is working, you can't do this. Is the key code available to you either written down in the owner's manual or written down where the car was first sold. If not, the best thing to do is to change the complete lock cylinder which will get you some new keys. Then you relearn the anti-theft passlock and clear codes. Then it will start as per normal. Sorry--can't do it--a tow truck can pop it into neutral to get it to the dealer for either a new key according to the serial number or a whole new lock installed. This is not a problem at the dealer--no other solution. The serial number is unique and the build record gives the key codes for a new one to be made---not at all a tough problem

Go to your local dealer or locksmith with your owners card an id they can make the key from the serial number.

if it is a chip key there is no practical way to get it started.

but i suggest that you carry proof that you are the owner of the car. someone might think your stealing it.
