Setup programs install in Spanish?

I have WinXP, SP2. I checked, and all my regional settings are English. However, lately, many installation programs attempt to install in Spanish!! So definitely, something is setup wrong. Any clues?

hi there! only thing i can think of is where the "encoding"" is--the settings are wrong. you might want to check that out... sorry if this don't help!!!!!!!!!!!! vicki
