I've head that sprinkling salt with help the egg not stick... I don't know.
But I use a spatula to flip the egg.
In a nonstick pan, be sure you have enough oil in the pan, get the oil hot, (not smoking hot). Drop in the egg. When the white starts to look solid give the pan a little shake back and forth to see if the egg will move easily. When the egg will move then take the spatula, slip it under the egg and you should be able to flip it over.
Some days I can flip it over without breaking the yoke, some days I can't. I don't cook fried eggs often enough to get very good. It is something that comes with practice.

Turn it over with a spatula....just make sure that the pan you're using is non-stick! But what I do is put a cover on the pan when I'm frying eggs. The top part gets cooked as well (without the risk of breaking the yolk). It's a trick I learnt from my aunt.

It is really easy if you have non stick cookware, butter, and a large flat spatula. You pick the pan up with one hand and the spatualy with your other.....you tilt both until you get under the egg and you flip it as gently as possible. It takes some practice. I have other methods that I just taught myself. Like, I make omlettes all the time and never use a spatula at all. You make the skillet do the work. Eggs are cheap, get an extra dozen and practice.

Use a non-nonstick frying pan, make sure the egg is well and truly stuck and then turn the frying pan over.

When i'm being really Cheffish,i place a plate over the frying pan and turn it over(make sure plate's wider than the pan).Usually, i simply use a large wooden spatula to gently lift and turn over because it doesn't scratch my pan like the fish slice which is another utensil you can use.

While would you want to turn it over? I let it cook for a bit and then I spoon some of the fat and pour it over the yolk. Still, if you feel the need to turn it, use a skimmer (round utensil with holes) or a fish slice and flip it gently. Do not attempt to flip it by throwing it in the air, you'll get splashed with the fat and get burnt.
