how important it is do you think it is to eat , such small meals spread out thru the day?
how many meals do you eat/ a day , just gimme a no.

p.s : i been working out for a while now , but i can feel now a days how my eating habits are directly affecting my next day work out routine , for ex : too much sugar , low energy , too much salt - same thing , more tired , dehydrated . .

u have to have around 5 - 7 small meals a day, well u dont have 2 but 4 - 5 is for like girls cuz they dont burn as much energy and boys do and if your working out your body need more energy. well you have to drink alot of water and have more protein and less carbs. have around 3 - 4 hours between each meal.

I use to eat three meals a day and was always a bit over weight. I went on a diet and learned to eat smaller meals and more often. I eat 8 minu meals a day and I am at my lowest scale of my healthy weight. It really does work!!!

At first family friends will act like your starvig yourself at a meal time but they don't realize your eating 8 of those a day.

Go for it!!!

I have to eat 4-5 small meals a day. I have hypoglycemia so I have to keep my sugar up. Eating though out the day is the way to go for me.

Yes Or you could have 2-3 big meals but if your working out you would rather eat not that much a day

i eat 5 small meals a day - by doing so i have energy all day long, dont fell tired and dont get intestinal problems because those usually come from eating too much. (one small meal is about 250-400cal and shouldnt be bigger than your fist, except if its salad its gona be bigger because of all spinach or romaine lettuce in it)
plus - not everybody needs 8 glasses of water a day - if you weight more than 120lbs you probably need more - i found site which calculates daily water needs and it said i need 12 glasses of water a day and if i exercise a lot - 17)

I just eat when I am hungry, no more and no less. I also eat what I want to eat. I never eat big meals, I almost always eat little snacks. (by the way I am five foot eight and I weigh 115 pounds) It works for me, I never have weight problems.

Well, your supposed to eat three meals a day with maybe a few small snacks in between. You can't last a day on 5 snacks.
