How many fps (minimum) are necessary to properly play a pc game?

About 25 or so make the game seem perfectly smooth, but I imagine you can easily play with as low as 15.

well as a big gamer i have a good system i get about 100-200 on most games and beleave me it is alot better hten something with 30. the more the better but i'd say about 50 min

it's all based on opinion, but 30 is decent, 60 is good, and 120 is spectacular. but the human eye can't distint differences between 90-120
