The best equipment for weight loss is one that you enjoy enough to use on a regular basis! (Trust me...my basement is a graveyard for unwanted exercise equipment.) I prefer just walking outside. You have to find out what works for YOU.
Good luck!

I'd go with elliptical not because it claims to burn more cals (which is probably true as you do use both arms and legs) but because it's much easier on the knees. A bike could feel nice at first and start giving you trouble after a couple of weeks or or even months.
On the other hand I know people that don't feel comfortable on an elliptical machine. It's important to choose a machine that you feel comfortable with as you will only use weight on a machine you use.

Pretty tough to say. They're both quite excellent.
I own a Pro-Form ellipitcal. And boy, does it work you out! It's a great total body workout. Doesn't wear on your joints like jogging, or even walking does.
I don't ride bikes, but I hear that they're pretty effective too.

i in my view do not feel consuming "breakfast" is predominant for weight reduction. Eating a work of fruit or a small salad would be a breakfast, and even consuming water with a banana. individually, weight reduction is approximately consuming the correct complete meals coupled with a good quantity of bodily activitiy similar to jogging or some thing extra strenuous.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

the exercise that "you" can perform at a higher level of intensity is what will be optimum for you for weight loss and/or weight management. the mechanics of everyone's bodies are slightly different do to variances in bone/tendon length, muscle strength and other factors.
