No problem. Advil is ibuprofen, a NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug), as is aspirin and naproxen. NSAIDs are, in general, fever reducers, analgesics (pain-relievers), and anti-inflammatories. You should not take multiple NSAIDs at the same time. Tylenol (a/k/a acetominophen) is NOT a NSAID. It provides pain relief and fever reduction, but not anti-inflammatory effects.
The other drug I think asking about is Benadryl, which is an antihistamine and is known generically as diphenhydramine. It is for allergy relief as well as some cold symptoms, like runny nose. (It is not a decongestant, however). Benadryl also makes some people drowsy. Because of that often-unwanted side effect, it is also marketed as a sleep aid, such as Nytol.
Both a NSAID and and antihistamine can be taken together and, in fact, are sometimes marketed in combination pills, such as Advil PM.
Just make sure you're not ODing on either drug by also taking them in another form, such as a nighttime cold medicine.

The primary ingredient in Advil is ibuprofen, and the primary ingredient in Benadryl is diphenhydramine. Since the two ingredients are combined in Advil PM then no, taking an Advil with Benadryl probably is harmless. Just don't take Benadryl if you are taking Advil PM, since this will double up on the dosage of diphenhydramine (each contains 25 mg. of diphenhydramine).
