Definitely. As I said in a previous answer Cal Thomas had an editorial last week titled "Vanishing England." In it he says that essentially Britons are moving out of southern England while Muslims are moving in. The Britons moving out share one thing - they say life in England has become unbearable because of the threat of terrorism from the Muslims. He says the very "Britishness" of England is vanishing. Goodbye Shakespeare, hello Mohammed. Can British ladies get their burkas in any color other than black?

You mean like the way England lost its culture when the Romans push the Celts to Wales and Scotland, then the Romans left and the Angles, Saxons and Jutes came in, then the Vikings and the Normans came in? Those were real changes in national identity. What's happening now is more on the same scale as what happened in the late 1700's and early 1800's when many Sephardic Jews came in from Holland or the Russian Jewish and German and Italian migrations in the late 1800's.

I agree. GB was famous for being the only European country to stand up against Nazi tyrrany. No other country would have sent an army 5000 miles away to liberate a tiny island from Argentine invasion. I am proud of my nation for that.
The famous characteristics of the 'stiff upper lip', strength in adversity ' tolerance, fair play, tenacity etc etc from not long ago are difficult to justify when we see people allowed to burn books and our national flag on our streets.
A factor in our armed forces being under strength is that the traditional recruiting grounds ie young men from working class areas, are now predominantly muslim who have no allegiance to our country or immigrants, likewise. We are now about to see large parts of our country concreted for 3 million homes at least half of which will be for immigrants.
And for the record I am not BNP. I am a normal, hardworking ex squaddie who has a legitimate concern.
Bring me sun sunshine....I think you mean, 'your grammar is very poor when....etc'.

England will exist until the people decide to change the name. Whatever identity it has today, is different from the identity of 1945, 1845 or 1066. Change happens, just like the s word. If you can't accept change, then you need to get off the planet. Check local cult news for the next emigration.

I am concerned that the on-coming anarchy will be too late for me to enjoy fighting for my country back though!
Its in everyones minds except the people who think the pleasures they enjoy today were a gift from Mary Poppins and not the product of years of brave men fighting!

apparently some of the members here know you celtic-this does not alter the fact that you speak the truth-we are in danger of losing our identity-ask the average englishman the meaning of april the 23rd (st georges day) they can't tell you-ask them the national emblem of our country-most will say the union jack-incorrect-its the st george cross (for england)-yet most will celebrate st patricks day and divali-only those who are frightened of the truth will put you down-you are correct we are losing our identity...and a thumbs up to the squaddie above who had no choice but to fight a war for others. but not our own country...to the poster below-while i am disgusted at what has happened to my beloved fair and pleasant land-that answer cheered me up-top marks to yer.
