Okay well iam only a little chubby but still i need help losing weight. In about 4 weeks or less does any body have a diet plan that works? I really want to lose weight because my face face is real chubby and its annoying.Thanks-Rai ♥

In 4 weeks, you can only safely lose around 8-10 pounds. For dieting -- just limit your portion sizes. Instead of piling your plate high, keep all your portions smaller than your fist. And try to eat balanced meals (four food groups and all that).

For the chubbiness of your face -- some people are just born with naturally round, full faces. Drink lots of water to keep yourself from staying "bloated".

For exercise -- WALK. Walking is the best exercise to start all-over weight loss. You can start "toning up" specific areas later.

exercise for 45 minutes 3 times a week. drink plenty of water and eat fiber foods. fruits, veggies, cereals...any diet works. but loosing weight in 4 weeks in gonna be tough. you might lose a few inches.

Well you can excersice twice a day.And eat fruits and vegtables.When you excersice go for a 2-3miles walk/jog.Then you'll lose a few pounds!

You don't want to lose fat to quick, because it's unhealthy, and you'll have like extra skin where you lost the weight. Gradually eat healthier and exercise more. :D
