INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black or white pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar or smoky flavor Cheddar cheese
PREPARATION:
Melt butter; remove from heat. Stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until well mixed. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Cook for 5 minutes longer; add cheese. Stir until smooth and well blended. Serve with pasta or vegetables.
Makes 2 cups.
OR~Go buy Campbell's cheese soup and just use 1/2 can of milk or water instead of a whole can.

Add your fav toppings, and you're all set!

Buy some velveeta cheese. Cut some into chunks and put in a microwavable bowl with a little milk. Micro wave 1 minute. Take out and stir. Microwave 30 seconds and stir again. Do this until hot. If too thick add more milk and stir.

Pour over chips on a plate and throw on diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, etc.

Enjoy.

How about an array of cheeses grated (like monterey jack, jalepeno cheese, and some mild cheddar) placed on a pile of chips. Place in microwave until cheese is melted. Pour salsa over chips and put some preheated beans and sateed beef (with seasonings) over it also. Put in microwave again and wait until steamy hot. Remove plate of chips and etc. from microwave and chop up some tomoatoes and lettuce and garnish for decoration and added favor. Yummy!

You put tons tortilla chips on a cookie sheet and load them with refried beans and shredded cheese! Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the beans are warmed! YUMMY!

Taco shells are already pre-fried when you by them, you don't need to fry them again, it won't help in making nachos. Just crack them up and they're pretty much the same as corn tortilla chips. If you want to make your own chips buy corn tortillas, then cut and fry them.

Melt canned chili without beans with some velveeta cheese and pour it over your chips (or use it as a dip). It's really good!
