Ok i have been trying to lose weight for a while now.... but lately ive noticed i just dont eat ill have like a bite of pizza or a bite of an apple every now and then.......i play a lot of sports so me doing this is very bad it can hurt me so i need help and answers...... someone give me a diet that i can lose a ton of weight on withought starving myself........or excecise plan........

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

That's bad you'll get fatter actually if you become anorexia cause your body will go into starvation mode and you'll get fatter trust me I wound up in the hospital because of that. Eat 5-6 SMALL meals or 3 even meals a day, drink a lot of water, fun for a couple of miles a day.

Without telling us your weight, I really doubt you weigh 2150 pounds, its hard to say what your habits should be. I would go to www.mypyramid.gov and check things out about healthy eating etc.....When it asks your weight put in your ideal weight.

All you really need to do is eat 3 meals a day. not to many carbs. mostly fruit and vegies. and exercise. all you need to do is burn more calories than you take in.
