The sick Indian mind set that is moulded to think females are inferior, resulted in killing female foetus. In another 10 years female population will drop much lower, men will have to pay dowry.

I have not understood your question actually. In what sense are you taking good? Anyways, the ability to be good or bad lies in the person itself. It doesn't depend on gender at all.
