im the same way i say or do things without thinking first, i have a very bad temper sometimes, and then i can be totally fine for days ive been told it can be maby a bipolar disorder, or maby you have anger issues, talking it over helps me alot with someone, tell them your problems might help ya, have a great day

I say you are, especially if you don't get some kind of help with your angry issues. Try going to an anger management class. If, that don't work talk to your, Internal Medicine Doctor, and He/She can refer you to someone in Behavior Health.
I pray, that you seek the help you need, the first step is that you yourself, realize you do have a problem. Now, take the next step seek help.

the reason why? because you are not happy with your life. You feel alone, i think youre isolating yourself to everyone. If you're always mad people will see you differently. Your pushing away the people who loves and cares for you. Theres no once who can help you bu yourself. Try to control your temper. Imagine someone you loved being like that to you,what will you feel?

It sounds as if you tend to (whether consciously or sub con.) judge, people/situations. For me, once I accepted that people are a trip, and that everyone can teach us something( even when they don't Know, they're teaching) you begin to see a different view of life. And it's like I say "just smile" or "f@#$'em if they can't take a joke."

The main reason might be because you are stressed out. If you are intolerant of something. Keep it to yourself or ignore the issue, unless you feel you can do something about it.
If you feel your unaccepted, the only way to feel the opposite of that reaction is to feel accepted. prove your worth to others.
Or if this is just because of a small issue, just walk it off.
