ok soo i am pretty much a health food nut!
i only shop for food at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's
but lately i have been going to a lot of parties and i ate pizza and cake and candy and stuff like that
and i feel TERRIBLE! my body isn't used to all that sugar and junk.
what type of body cleanse should i do and for how long?

your body is cleansing itself with dietary fiber it gets from food plus water you drink.
second - doing 2 hours of cardio does more bad than good for you - never go over 60min because you dont burn fat - you burn muscle hence slow down metabolism

Try a fiber laxative like Metamucil (but only for 2 doses) to purge the junk out of your GI tract. Also, a couple of days of drinking golden seal tea will be great (warning: tastes terrible)! Also, drinking lemonade (from lemons not mix) is very purifying.

my friend is a health nut but she cant help eating junk at times(weird isnt it??) so every month or so for 24 hours she just drinks water and doesnt eat like any thing it f;lushes your body out and then the next day just eat fruits and veggies and then you can go back to your normal diet ive never dome it so tell me if it works

water those cleanes dont work just a rip off if you are in good health like you say all that sugar and fat will be gone in 4-5 days if not sooner m
