Do you think that P&S people are allowed to answer R&S questions that are not related to Religion? Sometimes I would like to join in, but I feel I don't really belong here, so I feel shy....

but you seem nice people... Are we in competition? Like P&S vs R&S? I hope not!

P&S is pools and surveys, but there aren't a lot ot those, really... It's very similar to R&S in many ways!

Bella, I didn't know I was in your contacts, Thanks!

I am born Catholic, but spent the last 8 years with an emotionally-sterile atheist that laughed everytime we spoke about religion. But my new partner is a convinced catholic and I will let him lead my way.

I thought we were at war with Cats.

Did we win that one?

This is an open forum. If you have a question ask. We get many that are off subject most are gracious enough to give an answer anyway.. We are NOT in competition in any way. There are those here that drag what I hold as sacred through the mud, but this is America and freedom of speech is almost as important to me as my faith. Understand asking a question on R&S might have a slant toward spiritual matters... IHS Jim

In R/S you get a little bit of everything.
A little of this and a little of that.
Enjoy each answer and question for what it is!

There seems to be some competition in R/S.

The real competition lies within the heart of each and every human.
This is where winning and loosing is of real value.
May you be victorious in this competition!

My story is almost identical to (((Darth))) but I've been frequenting the Gender and Womens Studies section. If you think there's a lot trolls in R&S go to G&WS 80% of the posters there are trolls.

The reason I answer questions is to provide my opinion..I should be able to answer any questions I have an opinion on!

..so- Green Eyes...don't let cliques, haters, opinionists that do not respect others views r any such person hold you back!

Unless you make the choice to hold you back..answer away!

I, myself, go to several different areas when R&S is running slow. There doesn't have to be any rivalry between R&S and P&S, there are enough rivalries in here between Atheists, Agnostics, Christians, Jews, Muslims, etc.

I used the word competition once in one of my Q's, I've since been told that it shouldn't be, and I had to agree. Life is to short to be shy, common in.

I hang out in various places but I find the debates here more intense and I kind of like that.

I think anyone who wishes to answer should when they have an opinion on something. Personally, I'm not in competition with anyone.

If you want to join here, you are more than welcome. But...if most of the R&S regulars still seem nice to you, you may have a long way too go!

There's no competition in my mind... I would hope you would answer any question you want... it's an open forum.

Just be prepared, the diversity and derision in here is amazing!

Join the fray!
