Go to college, lots of people choose not to but then don't get lucky like your sister. Going to college always looks good on resumes and if you were to have job problems in the future and something didn't work out, you would always have your college education to fall back on.

Three options Luv.
College
Technical School
Military Service
You will probably need one of the three, and one choice is as good as the other. Just trusting to luck and native ability to land a good job is rather risky.
Unless you have a skill that is in demand, you will find your options limited if you have nothing beyond a secondary school education.
Look at your sister and her good job. Does she have the opportunity t advance? Or will she be stuck in the same position because she is not qualified to advance?
If you don't want to pursue an academic career at the moment that is no problem, choose a trade and attend a technical school to learn the trade, or enlist in the military and let the Queen teach you a trade.
If you need it to advance in your chosen career, you can always go to college later.
Good Luck with your choices.

Whatever you might want to do as a career will help you decide. If you think you might want to have a job in the sciences, law, medicine, teaching, writing, etc. you should go to college. Only if you instead really wish to do things that require only practice, and not typically education (i.e. hair stylist, food service employee, etc.) would college be a waste of your time and money.

Go, otherwise you'll be like a friend of mine who got screwed later on in life and is stuck working at a job that only pays $7 an hour.

A degree will help you advance more quickly and get payrises faster. It also helpss if you decide to travel for work.
In the end, after about 10 years, it will all be about esperience instead.

A college education will ALWAYS open more doors for you. It is important to go right after high school so that you are still young when you finish. GO to COLLEGE. No question about it.

personally, i think college is your best route unless you immediately find a good paying job right out of school, like your sister. don't leave school without a specific plan. you'll be lost. good luck.
