someone is always telling me orchard credit cards! I had a bank of america card! It really was a bad bank!
I would recommend dealing with a bank, the rates are a lot cheaper!

Get one or maybe two major credit cards. Charge only what you can afford to pay off each month. After 6 months to a year, you'll have a history of on time payments.
After seeing you're additional info, my advice is to stop charging and pay off the Capital One card. You don't need a second credit card. You will only get yourself in financial trouble.

If your credit history is 'okay' and your Capital One card is 'maxed out' I would suggest another credit card is not going to be the brightest idea. You need to stop spending money that you don't have.

Capital 1 are well known to give a card to everyone with moderate credit history, some even bad. i would give them a go.

dont be daft avoid all credit cards if u are so desperate to buy anything save up and pay cash then you cant get into debt street.
